Professional Bio For Use:
Maura Joy Lustig is a Transformational Coach and Artist who helps women convert chaos to clarity and build health and confidence with solutions that change their lives. She works with purpose driven, professional and entrepreneurial women who want to transform the environment of working from home, crush overwhelm, look and feel their best, increase their energy, focus and take action to improve their health, their relationships or their career.
Maura has survived and overcome many challenges in her life. She draws on decades of experience, insights and wisdom to help other women gain clarity and confidence by providing them with guidance and solutions that change their lives as well. Sharing the story of her own transformational process across her lifetime, Maura uses her experiences as a springboard to inspire women to overcome their challenges, even if they have tried and failed before.
As a former Certified Planner, after spending almost 20 years in financial services, Maura left the world of investments and pursued her passion for painting. She noticed a pattern in the type of customers who purchased her artwork. Many of them were coaches, writers, doctors and lecturers. Curious to learn what drew these people, she attended an Introductory Life Coaching workshop. As they say, a fish doesn’t see the water it swims in and we attract what we are in harmony with. Maura discovered that she was an intuitive coach...and fell in love with coaching. From that moment forward, she devoted herself to helping others convert chaos to clarity and develop the confidence to create their best life.
Maura’s unique coaching approach helps clients develop into who they want and need to become in order to achieve their goals and desires. Her clients learn how to raise their standards, set boundaries, overcome procrastination, improve their actions and decisions and experience JOY. Using a 7-step process, Maura’s coaching focuses on improving confidence, health and creativity by enhancing the following three areas of being: mind, body and spirit.
Even the most successful women still face daily and life challenges that are the natural state of life. It goes with the territory. In fact, the more we expand the more stress we must handle. Everyone needs support and mentorship, no exceptions! Working with her clients, Maura helps them develop the skills to give them the clarity and confidence to boldly pivot, to embrace change so they can express themselves fully and be the best version of themselves!

Professional Qualifications:
Maura’s training as a transformational coach includes the Co-Active Training Institute's Life Coaching and Leadership programs, plus diverse workshops in Advanced Coaching in Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, as well as NLP training, Mindful Living and Meditation, plus Mindfulness and Meditation. Her education includes an Honours BA in languages as well as diplomas in Corporate Communication and Financial Planning.
