In this video I explain how I use journaling to set and achieve goals, record ideas on the go, relieve stress, for self reflection, to boost memory and inspire creativity. Do you keep a journal? I had a love/hate relationship with journaling for years! Until that is, I developed a system for making it an easy and enjoyable habit. I am learning how to work with Canva and video editing software to create branded imaging and incorporate intros and outros as well as music. After several attempts, lol, here is my video. I know it’s not perfect, but at least it is done!!
